It's own balcony and a dressing table inside the a double room were handy. Location: the hotel was close enough to the night market, 7-11, washing stations, Chiang Mai and the surrounding area, and the main sites;)))

Everything exceeded our expectations! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape truly special. the spacious and clean room was a great surprise, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked minibar. the location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to all the key attractions and markets. Plus, the fact that we were able to enjoy free bike rental was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore the city at our own pace.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is superb. I loved the location, as it is right outside the old city gate in a quiet area, yet still easily accessible from the center. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the small terrace with a clothes drying rack or balcony on the first floor, were a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the old city gate and the Saturday night market. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. the service was friendly and helpful. Bikes were available for free use, and scooter rental could be arranged.

The bathroom could have been brighter to make it easier to shave or for doing hair.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the hotel. The location was very good, right outside the old city gate, making it easy to access all the attractions while being situated in a quiet area. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and attentive to all our needs. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated the rooms with a clothes drying rack on the first floor. Additionally, my room had a small terrace/balcony, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

All was more than okay, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

The hotel had a few good things going for it, like the free coffee in the room which was pretty decent. the location was also perfect for exploring the city, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Plus, the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, which made the stay a bit more enjoyable.

Sadly, my Easter break wasn't great due to this hotel. the room was really small and not very comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were new, clean, and very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was superb, as it was close to the old city gate and within walking distance of everything we needed to access. We were easily able to rent bikes, as the hotel offered them for free, and there was also parking available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was a nice bakery just a few minutes' walk away.

Nothing to complain about at all. This hotel was perfect for our needs.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right outside the old city gate but in a quiet area. I loved that my room had a small terrace where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff were amazing, always smiling and willing to help with anything I needed. They even gave me a free breakfast to go before my tour! the hotel is excellent value for money.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The hotel was conveniently located next to a night market and was within walking distance to the town centre. I also appreciated the free bike rental and laundry service.

The staff's poor English skills made it difficult to communicate my needs. The reception desk was often unoccupied during the day, which was inconvenient as I needed assistance with arranging transportation for my business meetings.
